COLUMBUS, Ga., March 7, 2001 — All-American Recycling, based in Columbus, Ga., has been selected as the 2000 Vendor of the Year by Weyerhaeuser Recycling National Accounts. "Based on customer service, and the timeliness and accuracy of reporting and payments, All-American is a winner," said Reid Bates, general manager for Weyerhaeuser Recycling National Accounts. "All-American Recycling exemplifies the ideal vendor for us, they rank at or near the top of every one of our vendor performance categories."
Weyerhaeuser hosted a 2000 Vendor of the Year award celebration in Wichita, Kan., on February 12. Accepting the award for All-American Recycling was Roger Brown, president, and Blair Brown, vice president of Operations.
"We’re very pleased and gratified to receive this national award from Weyerhaeuser," said Roger Brown. "It’s an honor for us to be recognized out of so many vendors, and a tribute to our staff for all their hard work, dedication and contribution to our success."
All-American Recycling supplies recovered office paper, old newspaper, corrugated boxes and other types of paper products to Weyerhaeuser’s recycling business.
